Yup. Itching to have some homemade fare. Hence this round, I tried to make Lemon Cloud Tea Cookies. I took the recipe off this site. This blogger by the name of Wendy is really an amazing cook. Just trawl through her blog and you will know what I mean. Her recipes work and work very well too. Do give it a try if you are as keen and curious as I am.
Anyway, after first popping on freshly baked cookie into JT’s mouth, he said “hmm..this texture is nice!!” But I prefer it to be a bit more buttery and lemony. Perhaps next time I will try to adjust the recipe a little.
The appearance of my cookies also did not turn out as nice as Wendy’s but I am fine with since this is my first try for this recipe and….it’s mainly for internal consumption!! hahahaha….so erm…you guys, just enjoy the pictures…….

I am really sorry that it is under-utilised (but at least once to twice a week, I have something cooked or baked with it). And I think if we move to a new place and need not take it along, I will be really sad…..

Your cookies looks good and I agree with you, Wendy is a good cook. I met her in person last week and tasted the food she brought to share with us. Delicious.
